1. Who we are
CORPDROP.IO is operated by Seveti LLC (Austin, TX). This policy describes what information we collect when you use corpdrop.io and how we use it.
2. What we collect
- Account info: your name, email, and the brand you represent.
- Drop inputs: the company URL you submit, any brand assets you upload, and any notes or preferences you share for the drop.
- Order info: shipping address, items ordered, and (when applicable) order status from our fulfillment vendor. We do not store payment card numbers on our servers; payment processors handle that data directly.
- Site analytics: standard server logs (IP, browser, page visited, timestamp) for debugging and abuse prevention.
3. How we use it
- To generate, deliver, and fulfill your drop.
- To contact you about your drop, orders, support questions, or important service notices.
- To improve the service and prevent abuse.
4. AI processing
We pass brand inputs and drop content to AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, and others) to generate copy and imagery. These providers are bound by their own data-handling policies and, per their enterprise terms, do not train foundation models on this data. We do not sell your data.
5. Who we share with
- Vendors: Supabase (hosting/auth/database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Printful (fulfillment), and the AI providers above.
- Legal: if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.
- Business transfer: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice to affected users.
6. Cookies
We use cookies only as needed to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not currently run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@corpdrop.io. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Where applicable, EU, UK, and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
8. Data retention
We keep drop and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time; some records (e.g., invoices) may be retained for tax and accounting purposes.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures (TLS in transit, encrypted database storage, role-based access) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; please report suspected vulnerabilities to security@corpdrop.io.
10. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated by email.
