Refund & Returns Policy
1. Made-to-order products
CORPDROP merch is produced on-demand by our print partners after each order is placed. Because every item is custom-printed for the buyer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for “changed my mind,” wrong size, or wrong color selections. Please double-check size, color, and customization details before checking out.
2. Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll make it right. Email support@corpdrop.io within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
- A short description of the problem
We’ll arrange a free replacement or a refund of the affected item once the issue is confirmed. We may ask you to keep, return, or dispose of the original item depending on the case.
3. Lost in transit
If tracking shows your package as lost or it has not arrived within 30 days of the carrier’s expected delivery window, contact support and we’ll work with the fulfillment vendor on a replacement or refund.
4. Wrong address / unclaimed packages
If a package is returned to our fulfillment vendor due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, or because it went unclaimed, we will offer a re-ship at the buyer’s expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.
5. Operator-quoted drops
Drops produced under a custom operator quote (bulk runs, brand partnerships, gifting programs) are governed by the refund terms in that specific invoice or order confirmation. If your invoice is silent, the rules in this policy apply.
6. Order cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they enter production. Once an item is sent to our print partner (typically within a few hours of checkout), it can no longer be canceled. Reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel: support@corpdrop.io.
7. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
