Terms of Service
1. Who we are
CORPDROP.IO (“CORPDROP”, “we”, “our”) is a product operated by Seveti LLC (Austin, TX). By using the site or services at corpdrop.io, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What we do
We use AI to generate corpcore-style merch drops on behalf of brands. A “drop” is a curated set of physical products (apparel, accessories, paper goods, etc.) with brand-tailored copy, designs, and a hosted storefront. Drops are operator-quoted and produced through third-party print-on-demand vendors.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of the brand you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Drop creation and approvals
- We generate initial drop content (product selection, copy, imagery) based on information you submit and/or publicly available brand information.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving the drop before it goes live. Once approved and locked, the drop is final for fulfillment.
- You represent that you have the rights to any logos, trademarks, copy, or other brand assets you provide or that you instruct us to use.
5. Pricing and payment
During the soft-launch period, drops are quoted and invoiced directly by us, off-platform. Payment terms are stated on each invoice or order confirmation. Self-serve checkout is not currently offered through the site.
6. Fulfillment and shipping
Production and shipping are handled by third-party vendors (including Printful). Estimated production windows and shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for vendor-side delays, though we will assist with reasonable resolution.
7. Intellectual property
You retain all rights in your brand assets. We retain rights in our underlying templates, prompts, and platform. AI-generated content created for your drop is licensed to you for use in connection with that drop and its associated marketing.
8. Acceptable use
You will not use the service to create content that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that impersonates another brand without authorization.
9. Service availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice for material changes affecting active drops.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seveti LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, liability, governing law) will survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
